					<description>I would love to see photos added.  My imagination loves detail...what does terra cotta dish look like, how do you transfer dough to oven without it "falling", etc.</description>

And if you're not careful, you might also break the light in your oven with a stray jet of water like I did a few years ago.  Fortunately, my bulb breaking spray occurred &lt;i&gt;before &lt;/i&gt; it was time to put the bread in, so my loaf was not ruined.</description>
