Currently he is training between sixteen and twenty hours a week for the U.S. finals on May 20-22. He is one of three finalists competing for the spot in the Artistic Design category.
He’s everywhere: Ace of Cakes has entered its second season and Duff Goldman is everywhere. The Detroit Free Press has the latest interview with the man who arguably has the most popular baking show on TV right now.
And just for the record, judging from the various posts on other sites, I think layer cakes are the next trend.
