The Times-Herald Record spotlights McRae, who’s success has also brought national TV appearances and even a new book.

Preparing for competition: The Poughkeepsie Journal brings us the story of David DeCesare, who wants to represent the United States at the 2008 World Cup of Baking. Currently he is training between sixteen and twenty hours a week for the U.S. finals on May 20-22. He is one of three finalists competing for the spot in the Artistic Design category.

He’s everywhere: Ace of Cakes has entered its second season and Duff Goldman is everywhere. The Detroit Free Press has the latest interview with the man who arguably has the most popular baking show on TV right now.
