A note from the editor
I just wanted to take a minute and introduce myself. My name is Paul England and I am the new editor of Just Baking. I have been a contributor here and at Sugar Savvy (both part of the Well Fed Network) for a little over two months as well as having my own site, Cookies and et cetera.
The writers and I want Just Baking to be a place where you can not only find recipes or get advice, but also expose you to ingredients you should be using or tools to make your life in the kitchen easier and more productive. Whether you are new to baking or just looking to try something different, we want Just Baking to be the site you turn to. Additionally, if there’s a topic you would like to see us cover, let me know.
