Video Learning: Baking Bread
The Internets are vast treasure trove of information. I think it’s fairly evident from my posts that I love places like Wikipedia and Google Video. Well, it’s not all about spending my time, surfing the sites looking for the latest baking video game. Sometimes, you find something educational. Today’s video comes from the Pennsylvania College of Technology and its “You’re the Chef” series. Chef Paul (not me, the guy in the video) explains how bread baking works and makes three different recipes. A little corny, yes, but this award winning series has been running since 1996 and is very educational. So sit back and enjoy!
