					<description>Hey,  my dad is a huge fan of the oatmeal cookie, too.  AND his birthday was on Sunday (the 29th). Maybe it's a male/Leo thing of a certain generation.  Is your dad in his upper 60's, by any chance?
 I've actually baked them for him on past birthdays, but not this year.  Interestingly, I have recently become sort of obsessed with oatmeal raisin cookies, myself, and have begun informally rating them from various bakeries in my city.  Turns out, I am my father's daughter. I'll take an oatmeal raisin over chocolate chip, these days.  Thanks for this recipe, I appreciate a nice low fat/sugar version (hippie cookies, as I lovingly refer to them) now and then - I'll give it a try for sure.</description>
